Christine Davis-Richmond
LMSW, CCM, CDP
Christine Davis-Richmond is a Licensed Social Worker, Board-Certified Case Manager, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. She began her social work career in New York City in 2001 and has wide-ranging experience encompassing clinical case management in inpatient sub-acute and long-term care settings, hospice, and community home care.
Christine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work with a specialization in Adults, Older Adults, and Families. She is formally trained as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Dementia Care Trainer and is an active member of the National Aging Life Care Association of Care Managers. She is dedicated to helping people live with dignity and choice while helping them navigate the challenges that impact health and independence.
Larisa Kurkova
RN, BSN, MS, CCM
Larisa Kurkova graduated from Tashkent Medical Academy in Uzbekistan. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and received her MD degree in 1998. She has used her medical skills as an RN in New York City for over 20 years, working with high-touch concierge-style home care agencies. It was through this work that she developed her passion for care management.
Having worked in health care for 30 years, Larisa uses her medical acumen to combine the practical and emotional aspects of patient care. She wants to make a difference in people's lives. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients and their families and insists on attention to detail and excellence, whether coordinating complex care plans, providing education and resources, or advocating for the best possible outcomes, she focuses on the unique needs of the individual.
